What do I need to send with my iPhone?
Nothing. We only need the iPhone and the details of what's wrong with it. If you can remove the Sim card you may be able to continue using a phone while we repair yours. Here's the Sim_Swap Video

Estimated repair cost
When you identify the problem area, there.s an estimated cost of repairs. If you're not sure what's wrong with the iPhone you can ask for an inspection, in which case we'll email you an estimate before starting work. There is a $55 fee for that diagnosis.
What areas do you cover?
We service all capital cities and rural areas in all Australian states and territories.
How do I send you my iPhone?
You can post the iPhone to us from Canberra (or anywhere) and if you wish we can overnight it back to you.
How much does shipping cost?
We return your iPhone by Australia Post ($10).
The reason we're in this business is that we couldn't believe how SLOW other companies were at fixing our iPhones. So we pride ourselves on fixing iPhones QUICKLY and we aim for same day repairs. Almost all problems can be fixed within 24 hours though logic boards may take longer. Of course, delays can occur through parts availability or if we have difficulty contacting you with a question. If the problem is likely to take more than 24 hours to fix, a technician will call you with an estimated repair time. In the event of a delay, we won't start work until we have your okay.

The iCare iPhone warranty
We offer a 90 days' warranty on all work done. If a part we have installed fails during this period we will repair it at no cost to you other than postage.
The Apple iPhone warranty
Once you have dropped and damaged your iPhone, Apple's warranty becomes void. However, after we have repaired the iPhone it is likely your factory warranty will again be deemed valid.
Do you guarantee to fix my iPhone?
Yes. If, after inspection, we agree to take on a job and can't repair the problem we will refund our part charges on that unit. You will still be liable for postage costs. In some circumstances (like main board failure) it may cost more to fix the problem than to purchase a new iPhone. We.ll keep you informed so that you know enough to make the sensible decision.

What happens to videos and songs on my iPhone when it's being fixed?
Data recovery is a very important part of what we do and we will do absolutely everything to save your songs, photos, contacts and videos. Nonetheless, backup of data is your responsibility and we can't make any guarantees in this area.
We'll email you a tracking number for your job. In the event of a longer repair period you'll be able to enter that tracking number on our web site and check the progress of the job.
Storage of credit card information
We do not retain your credit card information.
